Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel Hotel

Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants, shopping and the interstate, the fields and public areas. The room was clean and fabulous with a sofa, the fridge, could leave my car on site.

Beautiful hotel, clean, with very nice and exceptional staff who were responsive to request. Quiet beds, TV, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment in the room. Spacious, spotless bathroom.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending, and the bed in our guestroom king with sofa bed was super comfortable. The staff, especially the manager, were nice and took care of us right away at check-in. I loved that the hotel had a 24-hour fitness center with plenty of equipment.

Sonesta Select provided a comfortable stay with a very convenient location near SR31 and the 465 beltway. My room, the King Guestroom with Sofa Bed, featured a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The hotel offered a well-equipped 24-hour fitness center that allowed me to maintain my workout routine during my business trip.

Unattentive staff and lack of breakfast service were disappointing.

Stressful stay

Our experience was tough. The staff was really rude, and the heater in our room made weird noises. We couldn't even get towels for the pool, and when we asked for a blanket for the futon, they had none. Not what I expected for the price we paid! The only good part was the breakfast muffins were decent.

While there were minor issues like inattentive service, the hotel's atmosphere was inviting and tranquil were good.

Totally recommend for a brief retreat

Comfortable beds, enjoyable amenities, the indoor swimming pool was a highlight for my family with children and relaxing.

Pool was nice and clean, but tricky to find the entrance. Great staff!

Comfortable rooms with friendly service.

The pool area was clean, well-stocked with towels, and perfect. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and found it easy to unwind. Plus, those large seating spots by the courtyard overlooking the pool are a major win!

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Staff assisted me once when I forgot documents. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

The stay was more challenging than expected, especially due to issues with housekeeping and noise levels at night. Despite these challenges, I appreciated the staff at the front desk who ultimately helped when I needed assistance. The hotel had a pleasing lobby area, which was a nice spot to relax when I wasn't in my room. I wouldn't choose this place again due to the various inconveniences experienced during my stay.

The check-in experience was good with a fun welcome gesture involving matchbox cars. The bed was comfortable, and the environmentally friendly soap and shampoo dispensers were a nice touch. Some areas need attention, the bathroom vent was dusty, the pool area had trash, and the front desk service at night was lacking warmth .

Brand-new and cool room with a sofa and a separate bedroom. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and favorable location in Carmel, near the business park and the center. Simple check-in, late check-out.
